Alex Hall is a Chartered Accountant and spent over 13 years at Western Australian-based contractor NRW Holdings, initially as a financial accountant before becoming a financial controller in July 2016 and group financial controller in January 2020.

Alex is currently the chief financial officer of Decmil Group.
