At Halo, our experienced management team offers the following Project Management and Technical Support:

Expressions of Interest and Tendering – Creating, contributing to and/or polishing winning tenders and expression of interests for various public and private civil projects.
Pre-contract services – General pre contract services, typically to WA based Civil Construction, Infrastructure and Mining Services Contractors.
Project Start up – During the start-up of a civil project, we can assist with developing the project infrastructure needed to execute the project and developing clarity around the project charter and scope.
Project Management and Delivery – Including supervising subcontractors, attending project progress meetings and monitoring compliance with building and safety codes and regulations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of civil construction projects.
Technical Support – Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems and helping our client to install applications and programs.
Project closeout – Providing heavy oversight to ensure the civil construction project is ready, including checking specifications, collecting documents and closing out existing contracts for equipment rentals or subcontractors.

Our flexible plant and equipment hire cover both Dry Hire (equipment hire only) and Wet Hire (an experienced operator to assist with operating the hired equipment)

Halo provides all types of civil equipment and has partnered with a large array suppliers and owner operators to provide the best quality workforce available. We use new, low hour plant and equipment with efficient diesel consumption rates, requiring less maintenance and keeping plant down time to a minimum.

Noise Walls

In partnership with Aus Group Alliance, Halo design, manufacture and install noise walls (noise barriers / sound walls / sound barriers) and protective screens for applications on freeways, bridges, industrial sites, shopping complexes, housing estates and landscape projects.

Our Australian made noise walls and screens are available in a multitude of colours and configurations, using many different materials such as RMP (Rotationally Moulded Panels), Steel, Concrete, Acrylic/Polycarbonate, Timber as well as Composite Products.

Recycled Plastic Noise Walls

Made from up to 80% post-consumer recycled material, Recycled RMP Noise Walls have been used in government infrastructure projects such as the Mordialloc Freeway in Victoria. The panels incorporate up to 80% post-consumer materials made from a blend of hard to recycle soft plastics such as stretch wrap and recycled “milk bottle grade” high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to provide a second life for single use plastics that were destined for landfill. Pact Noise walls are 100% recyclable at end of life, enabling a true Circular Economy.
